The Founder Story
Island Keys was created by Theo Filloux, whose journey began around the Mediterranean—between yachting, watersports, and the art of making every day feel like an experience. From the South of France, Theo developed a natural instinct for finding the right places, the right people, and the experiences visitors would never find on their own.
Dubai took that passion to another level. Living in one of the world’s most dynamic cities meant being surrounded by luxury hospitality, yachts, beach clubs, and an international social scene that never stands still. It taught him that the best experiences are not always the most obvious ones—they are the ones that feel effortless, personal, and perfectly timed.
Drawn by the sea and the energy of the Caribbean, Theo brought this approach to Saint-Martin. Island Keys is for people who want to enjoy the island properly: from a relaxed day on the water to dinner at the right table, a private villa, or a fully tailored week. We do the searching, comparing, and coordinating. You simply arrive, relax, and enjoy the island.
